<p>*3,5  tone &#8211; Restrictia in Austria se aplica in cazul: 1. autocamioanelor cu  remorca in cazul in care fie autocamionul fie  remorca au MTMA mai mare  de 3,5 tone; 2. camioanelor si vehiculelor articulate a caror masa  totala maxim autorizata  depaseste 7,5  tone.</p>
<p>HU+  &#8211; In Ungaria din data de 4 noiembrie 2010 si pana in 1 martie 2011,  pentru vehiculele care fac parte din categoria Euro 3 standard sau mai  mare, nu se aplica restrictii de circulatie in trafic international.  Vehiculelor inferioare categoriei EURO 3, restrictia se aplica de  sambata si inaintea zilei de sarbatorare de la ora 22, pana duminica si  in ziua de sarbatoare la ora 22<br />
Zilnic intre orele 06.00-22.00 se  aplica o interdictie de depasire pentru camioanele de peste 7.5 to. In  plus toate camioanele vor trebui sa pastreze o distanta minima fata de  vehicolul din fata echivalent cu o lungime medie de camion</p>
<p>SK# &#8211;  Restrictia se aplica si pentru vehiculele de peste 3.5 MTMA, in cazul  in care acestea tracteaza o remorca sau   semiremorca.</p>
<p>SLO~ &#8211; Pe drumul national G1 &#8211; 3 intre localitatile Dolga vas si  Maribor pentru camioanele cu MTMA mai mare de 7,5 to.,  restrictia se  aplica in zilele de Sambata de la orele 8.00 pana Duminica orele 21.00  si in zilele de sarbatoare de la 08:00  &#8211;  21:00.<br />
Restrictia se aplica si pe noul tronson de autostrada Pesnica &#8211;  Lenart.<br />
Pe teritoriul Sloveniei, este interzisa circulatia pentru vehiculele de  transport marfa periculoasa si vehiculelor de transport agabaritic, pe  toata perioada in care predomina conditiile de iarna. Aceasta  interdictie nu se aplica vehiculele care sunt inmatriculate in  Slovenia.</p>
<p>CH** &#8211; Circulatia este restrictionata si in fiecare noapte de la ora 22.00-05.00</p>
<p>LU*** &#8211; Pentru vehiculele care vin din Belgia sau Franta catre  Germania, restrictia de sambata si din ziua dinaintea sarbatorii se  aplica incepand cu orele 23:30 (si nu 21:30 cum este pentru celelalte  vehicule)</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Restrictii de circulatie in Romania &#8211; MARTIE 2011 </span></strong></p>
<p>Pe  DN1 (E60) pe sectorul Bucuresti – Otopeni – Ploiesti (intrare  municipiu) restrictia se aplica vehiculelor cu MTMA mai mare sau egala  cu 3,5 tone, in fiecare zi de sambata, duminica si in zilele de  sarbatoare de la ora 06:00-22:00. Pentru vehiculele cu MTMA mai mare sau  egala cu 7,5 tone, restrictia se aplica pe toata perioada anului,  zilnic de la ora 06:00 pana la ora  22:00</p>
<p>Pe  DN 1 (E60) pe sectorul Ploiesti (iesire) – Brasov (intrare) restrictia  se aplica vehiculelor cu MTMA mai mare sau egala cu 7,5 tone pe toata  perioada anului, zilnic de la ora 06:00 pana la ora  22:00.</p>

<p><strong>Traficul infernal ne macina nervii si ne impiedica, de multe ori, sa ajungem la timp la intalniri sau la serviciu. Blocajele in <a title="trafic" href="http://www.ziare.com/stiri/trafic/">trafic</a> ar putea insa deveni istorie in curand, spun expertii care propun semafoare inteligente si interdictia sofatului pe timp de noapte pentru soferii tineri.<br />
</strong><br />
Expertii de la Institutul suedez pentru Tehnologie din Zurich, alaturi de cei din Universitatea de Tehnologie din Dresda, propun, pentru eliminarea blocajelor in trafic, semafoare inteligente care functioneaza in functie de volumul traficului, arata <a href="http://www.physorg.com/news204264822.html" target="_blank">Physorg</a>.</p>
<p>Semafoarele sunt, in general, controlate printr-un ciclu cronometrat, maximizat pentru un flux al traficului estimat pentru ziua respectiva, insa volumul de trafic inregistreaza fluctuatii, ceea ce poate duce la ambuteiaje, unele vehicule fiind puse sa astepte prea mult.</p>
<p>Experimente realizate cu ajutorul senzorilor de miscare au aratat ca acestia pot sa controleze traficul mult mai eficient, detectand volumul de trafic dintr-o directie. Senzorul transmite unui semafor apropiat daca volumul de trafic creste brusc, astfel incat acesta va lasa mai multe masini sa treaca decat in mod normal.</p>
<p>Cercetatorii spun ca, in urma simularilor, s-a constatat ca tramvaiele si autobuzele ar petrece astfel cu 56% mai putin timp la semafoare, masinile cu 9% mai putin, iar pietonii cu 36% mai putin decat in prezent.</p>
<p>Alte studii arata ca soferii prea agresivi sau cei timizi cauzeaza uneori blocaje in trafic, deoarece conduc fie prea repede, fie prea incet, frustrand alti <a title="soferi" href="http://www.ziare.com/stiri/soferi/">soferi</a>.</p>
<p>Pentru a rezolva si aceasta problema, cercetatorii propun introducerea sistemelor de detectie la masini, care sa adapteze viteza vehiculului in functie de distanta la care se afla vehiculele din apropiere.</p>
<p>Alte studii care vizeaza problemele din trafic, realizate de Universitatea Cardiff din Marea Britanie, arata ca 200 de vieti pot fi salvate anual, daca soferii tineri ar primi o interdictie pe doi ani de a sofa noaptea. <p><strong>Litrul de <a title="benzina" href="http://www.ziare.com/preturi/benzina/">benzina</a> si <a title="motorina" href="http://www.ziare.com/preturi/motorina/">motorina</a>, fara taxe, produs in Romania, a ajuns sa coste mai mult decat in tari precum Franta, Austria sau Germania, producatorii dand vina pe productivitatea scazuta.<br />
</strong><br />
Mai mult, principalii producatori continua sa anunte <a title="scumpiri" href="http://www.ziare.com/preturi/scumpiri/">scumpiri</a> la pompa. In Romania, un litru de benzina Euro-super 95, fara taxe si impozite, costa 0,523 euro in Romania, in timp ce pretul in Franta este de 0,503 euro, in Germania 0,512 euro, iar in Austria, 0,514 euro, arata datele din Oil Bulletin, centralizate de Directoratul pentru Energie al Comisiei Europene. Acelasi sortimet de benzina costa la bulgari 0,515 euro, iar la polonezi 0,513 euro.</p>
<p>In ceea cepriveste motorina, litrul fara taxe costa 0,564 euro in Romania, fata de 0,528 euro in Franta, 0,538 euro in Germania si 0,548 euro in Austria, in timp ce pretul mediu in UE 27 este de 0,557 euro/litru, informeaza <a href="http://www.gandul.info/news/cum-a-ajuns-benzina-si-motorina-din-romania-mai-scumpa-decat-in-germania-si-franta-7361394" target="_blank">Gandul</a>.</p>
<p>&#8220;Pe scurt, e vorba de productivitate, eficienta, randament. Toate costurile de productie sunt mai mari pentru ca totul e mai scump decat in Occident, de la costurile de procesare si cu energia pana la logistica si personalul mult mai numeros&#8221;, a declarat Constantin Tampiza, directorul general al <a title="Lukoil" href="http://www.ziare.com/lukoil/">Lukoil</a>.</p>
<p>Companiile romanesti lucreaza cu echipe chiar de cinci ori mai mari decat in Occident. &#8220;De exemplu, intr-o rafinarie ca Petrotel lucreaza 600 de oameni. Eu as fi bucuros sa lucreze 100 de oameni, dar cu tot regretul&#8230;&#8221;, a mai adaugat Tampiza.</p>

<p>* 3.5 tone &#8211; Restrictia in Austria se aplica in cazul: 1. autocamioanelor cu remorca in cazul in care fie autocamionul fie remorca au MTMA mai mare de 3,5to; 2. autocamioanelor si vehiculeor articulate a caror masa total maxim autorizata depaseste 7.5to.</p>
<p>A+ Incepand cu data de 03 iulie 2010 si pana in 28 August 2010 (inclusiv) in  Austria pe A12 Inntal si pe A13 Brenner, pentru toate camioanele cu MTMA mai mare de 7.5to.  care se inderapta spre Italia, vor fi restrictii de circulatie in fiecare sambata intre orele 09:00 &#8211; 15:00</p>
<p>Deasemenea, in perioada 03 iulie 2010 si pana in 28 August 2010 in zilele de sambata, intre orele 08:00-15:00, vor fi restrictii de circulatie  pe drumurile:<br />
- B178 Loferer Strasse, intre Lofer-Worgl<br />
- B179 Fernpass Strasse, intre Nassereith-Biberwier<br />
- B181 Aachensee Strasse<br />
- B320 Ennstal Strasse, de la km. 4500<br />
- A4 De la intersectia Schwechat pana la frontiera Nickelsdorf (in ambele sensuri)</p>
<p>DE+*   Restrictii de vara.  Incepand de la 1 iulie pana la 31 august se introduc restrictiile suplimentare de vara, pe anumite tronsoane, in fiecare sambata, de la ora 07-20. <p>CH** &#8211; Circulatia este restrictionata si in fiecare noapte intre orele 22:00 &#8211; 05:00.</p>
<p>LU*** &#8211; Pentru vehiculele care vin din Belgia sau Franta catre Germania, restrictia de sambata si din ziua dinaintea sarbatorii se aplica incepand cu orele 23:30 (si nu 21:30 cum este pentru celelalte vehicule)</p>
<p>SLO**** - Pe drumul national G1 &#8211; 3 intre localitatile Dolga vas si Maribor pentru camioanele cu MTMA mai mare de 7,5 to.,  restrictia se aplica in zilele de Sambata de la orele 8.00 pana Duminica orele 21.00 si in zilele de sarbatoare de la 08:00  &#8211; 21:00.<br />
Restrictia se aplica si pe noul tronson de autostrada Pesnica &#8211; Lenart.<br />
In Slovenia pe sectoarele de drum prezentate mai jos restrictia se aplica dupa cum urmeaza:<br />
Sambata de la 06:00 &#8211; 16:00, iar duminica si in zilele de sarbatoare de la 08:00 &#8211; 22:00<br />

Pe teritoriul Sloveniei, este interzisa circulatia pentru vehiculele de transport marfa periculoasa si vehiculelor de transport agabaritic, pe toata perioada in care predomina conditiile de iarna. Aceasta interdictie nu se aplica vehiculele care sunt inmatriculate in Slovenia.</p>
<p>SK# - Restrictia se aplica si pentru vehiculele de peste 3.5 MTMA, in cazul in care acestea tracteaza o remorca sau  semiremorca.</p>

<td>Incepand cu 02.08.2010 ora 00:00 si pana la 31.08.2010 ora 23:00 circulatia rutiera pe DN CB pe sectorul cuprins intre DN7 Chitila si A1 zona Carrefour Militari se va inchide.Pe sectorul DN CB km 55+750 (zona Carrefour Militari) si km 63+300 circulatia rutiera este deschisa riveranilor.Mentionam ca pentru a putea avea acces pe sectorul de drum deschis circulatiei riveranilor se poate folosi relatia prin Municipiul Bucuresti.Sectorul DN CB km 63+300 &#8211; km 64+400 se inchide total fara posibilitatea accesului din DN CB in DN7, circulatia pe DN7 facandu-se numai pe relatia Bucuresti.In perioada inchiderii circulatiei rutiere se va desfasura deviat, pe urmatoarele variante: Pentru relatia DN7 &#8211; A1 circulatia se va desfasura deviat pe traseul Centurii Bucuresti in directia intersectiei DN CB cu DN1A, intersectiei DN CB cu DN1, intersectiei DN CB cu DN2, intersectiei DN CB cu DN3, intersectiei DN CB cu A2, intersectiei DN CB cu DN4, intersectiei DN CB cu  DN5, intersectiei DN CB cu DN6, intersectiei DN CB cu A1. Pentru relatia A1 &#8211; DN7 circulatia se va desfasura deviat pe traseul Centurii Bucuresti in directia intersectiei DN CB cu DN6, intersectiei DN CB cu DN5, intersectiei DN CB cu DN4, intersectiei DN CB cu A2, intersectiei DN CB cu DN3, intersectiei DN CB cu DN2, intersectiei DN CB cu DN1, intersectiei DN CB cu DN1A, pe DN 1A pana la intersectia cu DN7.</td>

<td>Incepand cu 02.08.2010 ora 00:00 si pana la 31.08.2010 ora 23:00 circulatia rutiera pe DN CB pe sectorul cuprins intre DN7 Chitila si A1 zona Carrefour Militari se va inchide.Pe sectorul DN CB km 55+750 (zona Carrefour Militari) si km 63+300 circulatia rutiera este deschisa riveranilor.Mentionam ca pentru a putea avea acces pe sectorul de drum deschis circulatiei riveranilor se poate folosi relatia prin Municipiul Bucuresti.Sectorul DN CB km 63+300 &#8211; km 64+400 se inchide total fara posibilitatea accesului din DN CB in DN7, circulatia pe DN7 facandu-se numai pe relatia Bucuresti.In perioada inchiderii circulatiei rutiere se va desfasura deviat, pe urmatoarele variante: Pentru relatia DN7 &#8211; A1 circulatia se va desfasura deviat pe traseul Centurii Bucuresti in directia intersectiei DN CB cu DN1A, intersectiei DN CB cu DN1, intersectiei DN CB cu DN2, intersectiei DN CB cu DN3, intersectiei DN CB cu A2, intersectiei DN CB cu DN4, intersectiei DN CB cu  DN5, intersectiei DN CB cu DN6, intersectiei DN CB cu A1. Pentru relatia A1 &#8211; DN7 circulatia se va desfasura deviat pe traseul Centurii Bucuresti in directia intersectiei DN CB cu DN6, intersectiei DN CB cu DN5, intersectiei DN CB cu DN4, intersectiei DN CB cu A2, intersectiei DN CB cu DN3, intersectiei DN CB cu DN2, intersectiei DN CB cu DN1, intersectiei DN CB cu DN1A, pe DN 1A pana la intersectia cu DN7.</td>
